Hi everyone! I am thrilled that I have just found out that my husband and I are expecting our first! I am down 30lbs... and definitely could have dropped another 50 more, but nature had other plans! I am not too far along, but want to have a plan in place.
Anyone calorie counting while pregnant? I have been sticking to 1500 calories a day, but curious if I should up the calories for the time being. I am currently in my first trimester, and not sure if I should be having more than 1500? I have a doctors appointment for 12 weeks, but that’s a few weeks away! Of course if I am hungry, I will eat more... but I feel like this will be a mental battle of me, more often than not, just “thinking” I am hungry.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
