Changing MFP goals to help reduce pressure on myself, but it makes me nervous. Feedback please!

I lost 40lbs last year from Jan-July, but haven't lost anything more in the 8 months since. I've been doing CICO and exercising, but the reality is I have days every week where I'm stressed/emotional and I just even out my good days with bad days.

I'm getting married in October and need to send my measurements in July of this year. I'd like to lose another 20lbs, but the pressure I'm putting on myself has made me really struggle to eat at a deficit consistently.

Today I changed my MFP from 2lbs a week to 1lb, because in my head - I've got about 18 weeks left - and with less pressure to stick to 1200 (which is HARD, especially under duress), I can probably be more consistent with 1500.

I'm still feeling nervous about it and would love feedback from others.
