After coming into some money, I decided to do something for myself for once. I signed up for a 90 day fitness challenge with my local fitness club. They will provide personal training, weekly weigh ins, one on one appointments to discuss my progress, and there is even a prize at the end for whoever has the biggest transformation in the challenge group. I’m finally doing something for myself for once. 90 days is all I have to lose the weight. I’m hoping to lose 35 pounds, but I will be thrilled with 20. Can anyone give me some advice on how to help the progress move along? Any words of encouragement? Is 90 days enough to reach my goal?
