So I started losing weight beginning of December 2018 - motivated by this post - going full vegan, stopping smoking, went (and still go) to the gym three times a week, started climbing. I've just hit my goal weight, and I don't grave any sweets or fats anymore! (I am six foot)
I started eating as much broccoli as possible for protein, and I even survived black chocolate as a cheat meal :) I would skip breakfast and prepare one meal for the whole day - which I would eat when I get a little hungry.
Now that I am more active, I feel like a new person honestly - I don't care when people take pictures of me, I enjoyed outdoor activities and I feel adventurous hahaha
So now that I hit my goal weight I even was able to do pull-ups in the gym! And its all because of you - seeing that losing weight is easy if you want to and that its sport - food, nothing more!
(Weirdly my skin feels loser than before - any tricks how to deal with that?)
Thanks for being the forum that I needed! Its the first time in my life, that I feel comfortable in my body.
