35lbs down from November

This is my first time posting here. So I will tell my story.

I've always been big. Food was abundant in my house and it was always a crutch and reward. So obviously I was an emotional eater. I was bullied at school as a kid. My parents divorced when I was 5. My mom worked two jobs, so I was left alone (when I was old enough to be left alone so ~8-9). With no friends and left alone in a house all I had were books, TV and food. I used food as a way to stave off boredom. Then I went to high school and my awkwardness was seen as humor and I finally got friends who accepted me. But I still ate. In college I was my heaviest at nearly 400lbs.

My father, in his mercy, got me a LAP band and I lost over 100lbs in that 1st year. Then I developed a panic disorder and didnt want to raise my heart rate so I sat at home. All I had was internet, TV and food. So I ate. I climbed back to 330lbs and sat there for a couple of years at that weight.

Sometime last year I decided to do something about my weight and just stopped eating (as much) and I've lost 35lbs. I'm down to 295lbs.

Just wanted to share my success with you guys. You all inspire me.

Thank you.
