10lbs down... small goals made the difference

I’m a college student who tried to eat healthy meals but actually snacks ALLL the time. I work in an office so there are little candies everywhere , people bring donuts and cupcakes and then there’s the coffee machine. I snack a lot. And even though I was eating “”healthy”” the snacking was killing me.

I’d try losing weight before to no avail and I realized that big goals was too much for me. In my mind.... 20 lbs was daunting .. hell even 10... so I decided to make smaller goals. 2lbs at a time. That’s two weeks approximately at 1lb/week and it’s worked... I’ve been able to see results cuz for every 2 lbs I lose, it restarts my motivation.

Just today I weighed myself and I’ve lost 10 lbs this year and I know that I’ll lose more! So happy to see something working after not working for so long.

Looking forward to the next 10!
