Hey everyone! I’m new to this subreddit- I’m Vanna (: About 6 months ago I was in an off roading incident during which I fractured 5 vertebrae’s in my spine, broke 6 ribs, punctured a lung and lacerated my spleen. It’s been a weird weight rollercoaster the last few months- first losing a lot of weight in the hospital then gaining it back in fat due to inability to work out much. Although I still have complications with my spine and I’m not quite back to my normal self, I am able to work out a fair amount which will help me get in shape again as well as heal my back by strengthening surrounding support muscles. I’ve decided to join this community for accountability and motivation and I’m looking forward to getting to know all of you!
