I'm looking to lose as much fats as I can, as quickly as possible, and a diet that is sustainable.
I used to be on the ketogenic diet that made me lose a lot of weight, but it's very unsustainable. So are there any other diets out there that can help with losing weight and fats? My current plan is to have one meal a day consisting of raw lettuce, carrots, tomatoes and a serving of healthy protein. Lots of water. No need to worry about the amount of calories I'm taking in because I stay at home almost every day and I rarely have activities (and have an absolute hatred for exercising).
So other than exercising, what diet would be the best for losing weight and fats?
