Hearing this from one of my friends as someone who used to be able to get through a family-size bag or two of straight up candy in a day absolutely made my entire week. I've been slowly making lifestyle changes this past year, and it's now just become a "thing" my friends are used to that I don't eat pizza and only get minimal dessert (cafeteria food makes up most of my meals, so no incredibly healthy options).
It's really, really nice to see that the people in my life know me as the "healthy" one. I've never had that before, and I'm holding it close as extra motivation to keep it up.
