I wanted to give the teens and young adults out there that are trying to help turn around their health some motivation. Your actions do have consequences, and we can all work to make a healthier tomorrow for ourselves and others by making healthier choices. It's not too late to start making small, sustainable changes, and working toward your personal goals. You don't need to be a statistic in one of these studies.
