Not a 'success story' post- I need advice on how to avoid the evening binge.

Every day it's the same thing. Good breakfast, good lunch, good snack, get home at or under where I should be calorically for that point in the day. I have dinner all planned out but then next thing I know, I'm over my calorie budget by a lot. It's very psychological it seems- I know it sounds like a weak cop-out but I cannot seem to control the snacking in the evening. Cravings that don't go away when I stuff my stomach full of veggies, or drink tea/water. It's like a different voice in my head takes over and says 'FUCK IT ALL, EAT THE CHOCOLATE!'

Anyone have any advice? Similar experience?
