I was at 235 lbs, 5'10 Male. Now I'm at a steady 172-175. I lost 15 lbs the first year changing my diet but dodnt stick with it long and I didnt gain the weight back. Last summer I wanted to change so I started to run, that's when I went from 215 to the mid 170s. I started to plateau and took 2 months off of running and now I am going to the gym 6 days a week, my only concern is my stomach, it still has a lot of fat on it and I dont know if I should continue to work out or pursue running. I'm getting mixed answers from all my friends and could really use your help thank you in advanced.
