I am a 20 year old junior in college, and my weight has been fluctuating between 130-150 pounds since starting school three years ago (I’m 5’5). Of course, the majority of weight gain has happened over the holidays and I can visibly see in photos that that’s happened. However, I got really serious about calorie counting and overall health almost a year ago, and went from 150 to 125, which I have maintained since August. I was really worried because the university I transferred to this year has a six-week winter break, and I wasn’t sure how I would do in terms of staying on track. Today was our first day back, and I’m exactly at 125! I’m extremely excited that I was able to stick to my goals. I would like to be at 115 by the end of the semester, and I’m so glad that I’ve set myself up to succeed.
