For the last 4 years or so I've been overeating my calories by about 2-3 times every single day (3700+ calories), but guess what? I'm eating less and I'm still good and not feeling hungry. I used to eat a lot of candy, drink a lot of soda. I'd eat packs of cookies, chips, anything. Right now I'm eating more veggies & lot's of protein right around 2000 calories.
Here's what I've learned:
I've been feeling less tired, which means that if I eat too much food it does not give me more energy.
I've stoped drinking soda, replaced it with water. My teeth feel so much better.
Waking up and not feeling like absolute shit and bloated feels great.
I have amazing plans for a summer trip to the USA for around 4 months to do a lot of travelling. If continue in 5 months I will be at my goal weight, ready for my summer. I will be looking healthy and will be able to do all sorts of activities which I always failed such as hikes.
My next post here will be when I hit my goal, right around my 22nd birthday. See you soon guys.
