Male, 29 at 84 kg (185lb), i am on the journey of loosing weight since i was 23, lost until 73 kg but never really hit my normal bmi, i peaked at 90 kg and thats when i decided, i will see to it that i will hit my normal bmi before i arrive at my 30's l.
I had a habit of just eating whenever i want but since i started doing if, it taught me to discipline myself thus eating healthy food instead of junk.
I started doing 16:8, without hitting the gym i lost 1 kg in 1 week, now i trained myself into doing omad, and i felt that i have more energy than before, started to hit the gym again but getting frustrated because just like before i really do not know what i am doing if already there. But my routine right now is doing cardio twice a week and resistance training (sort of) once a week.
Ill be doing trial with f45 fitness this coming friday and from then i will thoroughly examine my discipline in loosing my weight and get to my normal bmi once and for all.
Thank you for your encouraging post it helped me a lot to get motivated and stay disciplined.
This will be a long journey to go brothers/sisters
