I just lost 3 pounds!

I know it's not much, but it means a lot to me. I've been on the heavier side my entire life, from being a pudgy kid to now being an overweight 20 year old. I know I could never keep up a strict diet, like keto, and I'm bad at keeping track of calories. But I've been exercising every 3-4 days, and overall eating less food and having smaller portions, and it actually worked! I was scared it wouldnt, but knowing that I'm able to lose weight without being on a diet that makes me miserable took away a lot of stress I've been feeling about losing weight. I weighed 216 two days ago, but now I'm 213!

I actually feel more motivated than before, and it's great!
