To start, m sw:298.5 on 7/15/18 cw:196. So, I passed the 100lb lost in under 7 months, but now i am at a loss (no pun intended). My goal all along was t lose 100 lbs, and I worked my ass off to get here. Now I'm here, I look and feel so much better, but it has been so hard to get here. My BMI is still in the overweight range as opposed to obese, but I am still "overweight." I almost feel buyers remorse. I work so hard for something, that when it gets here, its never enough, or I'm scared to relapse. I'm not trying to impress anybody, I reached a goal that only a few months ago seemed impossible, but I still don't think its enough. I am tired, hungry, sick of working out 1-2 hours a day in my already too busy schedule....UGH. I know the quick answer is work on maintaining now, but maintain what, being overweight? Or do I set another goal, focus too much on getting there, and feel the same way when I do? And I don't want to stop and be content either, I know I will put it all, if not some, back on way too quick... Any advice from others out there, and sorry for the rant.
