I'm not at a dangerous weight, but I am overweight. I'm 18, 5'2 and 146 lbs. I'd like to be healthier, more confident in the way that I look and overall just feel lighter. I'm at my highest weight yet, and as i have gained weight, I feel bigger and slower. I feel like it's harder to move around. I'd like to begin light exercises and ease into more challenging workouts. I'm currently trying to eat healthier. My worst habit would probably be giving in to sweets, especially at night. I've set up a rule that I cannot eat after 9, I have broken it a bit but I'm doing pretty okay with it so far. I'm considering intermediate fasting. I've heard good things and my friend does it and it works for her. What would be your tips for a beginner?
