So, I'm trying to improve my lifestyle and basically my body as a whole. I really want to remove my belly from what I assume is mostly caused by soda. I've had a bit of a soda addiction for some time, drinking the equivalent of 4 to 5 cans a day average with my only activity being walking places.
Just recently, I started running a mile every day, and have completely switched to water and if I need soda, diet soda. I've also tried eating more fruits and veggies, as I was a bit lacking.
What other changes can I make to really improve myself, and help me get rid of my pop belly? Also, if I want to maybe help work out my muscles, what is a good beginners program? I live on a college campus and have free access to a gym with weights.
