I’ve lost 33 pounds so far, from 273 to 239 pounds. I haven’t looked in the mirror and seen any progress until this past week when I tried on clothes and noticed I could see my toes not just my stomach!
But more importantly I’ve had a huge shift in my mentality around food. I’ve found ways to fit small things I just want into my budget and because of that I’ve found I don’t really care to overindulge on my weekly cheat day and I actually look forward to the day after when I can get back on track. I’ve also noticed I’m just generally less hungry. It’s hard to meet the calorie budget I’ve been given. I’m just not hungry and I don’t feel like mindlessly eating, even though I’ve been doing harder and harder workouts. I’m excited to see my progress continue! Thanks for all the inspiration on here and I hope to update when I’ve hit 200!
