I’m planning on upping my fitness as I have been slacking the past couple of years post birth giving and I like using protein shakes to supplement my breakfast or lunch and I find they do fill me up but some of them really make me gag.
Has anyone tried a good selection of them to say which ones they found the best. I’m not even looking for something so sweet, I just can’t bear that protein aftertaste.
I usually use bulk powders and they aren’t bad. Used to use arbonnes vegan protein and that was pretty good too tho I’m not too informed on how much better pea protein is or isn’t compared to whey.
