Hey loseIt!
It's been a while since I've posted around here, and I see that the new year has brought in a lot of new faces (welcome!).
As many have noticed, there has been a trend of PSA posts regarding water weight and scales. I'd like to keep that positive energy going.

Attached is my weight chart (measured via Libra app) from the past year. You'll notice that I had/have a goal for 180lbs, about 5lbs under the "Normal" BMI. What you may also notice is that I hit this goal a series of times, and then gained a bunch of weight back.
In between the goals I've enjoyed weddings, holidays, my 30th birthday, and vacations. I've also put on a nice bit of muscle and plan to continue that trend this year.
My point of all this, is that despite the scale "not moving" in 9 months, I've made so many positive choices, I've lived and experienced so many great things.
You can always get back to your plan, and you can always set new goals that aren't scale based. Life is a journey, don't forget to take in your surroundings!
