Hey losers!
Like many of you I'm sure, I fell off a little bit during the holidays.
Between March 25th and October 14th I lost 65 lbs. Down from 247 to 183 Needed to lose a total of about 85.
I did this with CICO at a goal calories of about 1800, Greyskull LP, and 15° incline tredmill walks.
After October 14th I added creatine supplementation to my stack. And switched lifting programs to Jim Wendler's 5/3/1 for beginners This added a predicted 5ish lbs. Which I roughly maintained thru november.
Than the holidays hit. Thanksgiving, christmas, new years, and my birthday all back to back to back.
I did my best to not limit myself on special occasions. And ate to satisfy my mental wants and needs.
That said I've managed to mostly maintain. Maybe up a total of 5lbs total... but keeping the same waist measurment... so the way I look at it... mostly water rentetion from carbs.
That said. Time to get back at it.
Next goal is 170.
Calorie goal is 1500 from whole foods. Mostly proteins and veggies. Keeping the 5/3/1 and cardio going.
