Its been about 2-3 weeks and Ive lost 10 pounds, its not a big deal to most people but its the most weight ive lost ever. I feel more energetic and Ive been more active, its been easier for me to work out. I tried to bike 10 miles on my stationary bike, lift some 5lb weights, and do some sit ups. I kind of went overboard though and I couldnt really move the next day.
I havent had a lot of cravings honestly, I have some illnesses that tank my hunger and cravings have been easy to manage. Yea Id like fries and a big mac but I dont need them. I havent had a huge desire for anything and learning to cook healthy has been really eye opening to me. I weigh everything I eat now so I cant just binge a whole bag of chips.
Weighing and tracking my food has made me see eating as a contract, I only get so many calories a day so I am agreeing to use some of those calories for whatever Im about to eat.
Ive had some difficulty with eating meals cooked by other people but normally if the household is eating something like pizza or something else bad, I eat a salad and cooked salmon fillet or something else better. I thought Id have to give up spaghetti but after discovering zuccini noodles I was very wrong! Its delicious and so low carb!
All in all I realized 50% of my eating was just eating because I was bored. Once I stopped eating when I wasnt hungry I started feeling better. I need to keep up working out and Im sure I can reach my goal weight eventually! I am so tired of being the fat friend. I'm ready to just blend in with everyone else!
