Officialy under 25 BMI!

Hey everybody!

9 months ago I hit my highest point, 115 kg/253lbs weight. It was very depressing. I started eating less throughout march 2018 and june 2018 and lost 7 kilos but it wasn't enough. In june I started hitting the gym and kept it at a consistent level till now. I now weight 91kg/200lbs. At the beginning I did lots of cardio. Usually half of my training was cardio, so 30 minutes cardio and 30 minutes weight training.

I now only do a few mins cardio to warm myself up, usually doing farmers walk with 15kg dumbbells in each hand on a treadmill or HIIT sprints. Then I mostly move onto compound movements, such as squats with weight or bench press, deadlift stuff like that

It's amazing how much I'm motivated and that I am finally no longer overweight looking at my BMI (24.9). This is a milestone for me, I haven't been under 25 bmi for around 3,5 years.

I eat a lot healthier now aswell, I haven't eaten brocoli before but now it's my favourite vegetable.
