As someone who lost 70lbs last year (starting on Jan 1), who no longer takes insulin, who can now run miles, who no longer has knee and back pain, I can tell you that every second you spend on this journey is 100% worth it.
I know a lot of people reading this are just getting started on their journey and many of you might have been struggling for a while.
I just wanted to say, keep in mind that every day you are attempting to change your life, is always a day of success. Whether the scale goes down or not, you are learning and proving to yourself that you can do it. Every step you take, every work out, it a step better than you were before and a step closer to the goal you want to achieve.
Don't look at this as where you are and where you want to be, rather, look at it as every day you are better than the day before. Every day you can commit means today will always be better than yesterday.
Consistency, small steps, and remembering why you started in the first place will take you far.
