Hey everyone. 5 foot 9 male here, starting weight was 269 on New Year’s Eve. Decided to really get serious and lose some weight. Ultimate goal someday is 150 but I would be happy at 169 (100 pounds lost). I know those last 19 pounds are gonna be pretty tough.
Anyhow, followed a Keto diet, not really tracking calories at all. Honestly I think I’m way under most days because I’m so used to drinking high dense calorie food, and going from that to eating healthy is a huge change. I can easily down a McDonald’s value meal that had 1800 calories In 10 minutes, but tell me to eat that many calories in fish and salad?!?! Pfffft. No way in one sitting lol,
So yah. Weighed myself earlier today and saw I was 255. Absolutely ecstatic. I was hoping for atleast some progress but that def gave me a confidence boost going forward and knowing that this is working. Just gotta keep it up :).
