I’m 5’1” and at my highest weight was almost 200 lbs. I started MyFitnessPal in 2013. I logged everything, even a cough drop, for an entire year and effectively lost 30lbs. At that point I was over weighing and measuring everything and allowed myself a break. It’s been 4 years since I consistently logged everything and I’ve only gained back 5lbs give or take. I need to lose another 30-40lbs and I’m trying (and struggling) to get consistent with logging my food again. I’m hoping popping into this subreddit will help me be more successful. I’m also new to Reddit, so bear with me. Thanks for “listening”.
