Judgement/comments from others

I’m a 23 year old female and have started to bring in lower calorie lunches and snacks such as fruit cups, Atkins frozen meals, ground turkey with veggies, almonds, veggie shakes, etc.

It’s so frustrating in the workplace. I work with 3 women that are above the age of 55 and they constantly make comments that I’m not eating, my shakes look gross, aRe yOu TryINg tO LoSE wEighT?! Asking what I ate for dinner, what I had for breakfast.

I use the lose it app! I’m counting calories!! I’m not starving and I’m being healthy about this.

I know that they may just be trying to watch out for me, but I’ve noticed that I’ve started to bring in more food just to prove that I’m eating enough. Sometimes I wait to eat my breakfast in front of them just so they stop talking about it.

I’m a fairly quiet/private person and don’t want to talk about this to people I’ve only been working with for a few months.

How do you guys deal with this?
