So, I am back on the wagon again and lost my first 5 kilograms within 18 days. That is despite the fact I had some days were I ordered pizza and had sweets in the house.
I bought a pack of cookies. I thought I could have one each day or every other day, which worked for the first 4 days. Then one night while gaming I just ate the rest of the pack, cause fuck me was I craving it. This leads me to the realization that I can't, under any circumstances, have sweets in the house. It just won't end well.
On one hand, this totally sucks, because I have a massive (pun intended) sweet tooth. But I guess it's the path I have to go down now.
