Finally lost (just over!) 20kgs

Greetings!

I am more of a stalker than a poster, but am trying to be more confident.

I have almost always been chunky, but have had periods of thin-ness. I have been everywhere from 54kgs to 114.5kgs (119-252 pounds). Ever since my oldest was born almost 6 years ago, I haven't been under 100kgs.

This year I lost 70 kilos in the form of my STBX and started working on my self-worth and putting myself and my kids first. I joined a gym again, I have always adored exercise, my issue has been food, as I love shitty carb, sugar and fat filled junk. I binge eat, I emotional eat, I boredom eat.

I started loosely tracking calories, getting a bit more serious with MFP and tracking Macros. Discovered I was eating about 600 calories less than I should have, no wonder I was always starving and would sneak into the pantry at 3am.

In June of last year, I weighed 114.5kg. Yesterday I clocked in at 93.1kg. I am so happy. I have so far to go, but I am almost half way there.

I went from being able to do 12 push ups to being able to do 30 push ups non stop. I started lifting 6kg dumbbells and now use 12.5kg. I am fitter than I have been in a long time, stronger than I have ever been I am pretty sure. When the rest of this fluff is gone I am going to have muscles!

Here are my comparison pics, April 2018 to maybe the start of Jan? I showed my PT after my fitness test for a 6 week challenge at my gym, she didn't believe it was me.

So yeah, still a long long way to go, around 30kgs, but heck yes!
