Eating with my kid update!

1 week ago I posted in here what I have been doing to help myself lose the weight I dont want, about 50 lbs.

I have been eating with my daughter each day (16 month old) limiting calories and portions.

I am down 5 lbs since I started, and every time I feel the struggle I go to the sub and read the positive messages for support. I have also engaged with others and making so posts or comments. It helps refocus my mindset and keeps we from listening to the bad self talk. I have been working out here and there, no specific plan or routine, but trying to get 25 to 40 minutes in each day. I have been under my calorie goal of 2100 each day except one, and I am starting to feel better that I can make these changes permanently.

The positivity has made a carryover into my workplace and to my friends. There are 3 of us now all trying to be healthier and have some common goals.

Thank you to everyone in this sub and keep going strong because a healthier you is a happier you!
