I know this has been asked over and over, but I'm still very unsure because the responses are extremely mixed and I would really appreciate any opinions on this!!! :)
I'm 5 ft even, 19, and weigh 179 lbs. I'm pretty sedentary when it comes to activity.
I've been counting calories for a while and I've noticed that I consistently eat under 1000 calories, and it's very hard to eat over 1k for me (I get very, very full and sick to my stomach). I'm on a keto diet, which has helped me lose 25 lbs so far since I only ate sandwiches and pasta before keto.
I am pretty deficient in many, many nutrients (since...y'know, I only ate sandwiches and pasta) so my doctor prescribed me a multivitamin and a few other specific supplements. I did ask my doctor about this a while ago, and all she told me was to eat enough protein. I struggle a lot with getting a lot of protein, so I drink a shake to get more.
Friday I ate 15g of carbs, 30g of fat, and 60g of protein.
Saturday I ate 15g of carbs, 31g of fat, and 71g of protein.
Is this okay? Am I damaging my body? After reading a lot of stuff online (bad, I know), I became extremely anxious over it. Does anybody have any protein tips?
