does anyone else literally think they're developing anorexia just because they're eating less?

sorry it break it to you, self, but this is just how regular people eat. you're not developing anorexia just because you aren't binging on cookies all night. it's so messed that any time i feel hungry i start accusing myself of having some kind of eating disorder when i can look back on what i've eaten during the day and it's just regular eating. i'm being pretty restrictive with myself when it comes to sugar and junk but that's probably BECAUSE I'M TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT!! people trying to lose weight typically don't succeed unless they stop eating so much crap. so, no, i'm actually not starving you, body, and we'll eat ice cream again some day when it comes up but in the mean time we'll be eating normal portions of healthy foods and dealing with it. i. am. not. abusing. you.
