I don’t post often, and probably deleted my last one out of embarrassment. Mods, sorry if this is against the rules or wrong formatting, please delete or do as you deem necessary if I’m breaking any rule, I just REALLY need to brag and get some encouragement.
I’m female, 6 months ago I hit my highest weight ever at 232 pounds (I’m only 5’3, I can’t describe how disgusting I felt). I cut back my portions and got back to my initial 225 and have just been hovering there. Still super obese, super disgusted with my hanging fat belly over the vaj area. But about 1.5 months ago I started a new plan, and guess what? ITS WORKING.
I stepped on the scale today, and weighed 206 pounds. Still 26 pounds from my first goal but SO CLOSE to being under 200! It’s been over 5 years since I was that small. I just really, really want to keep going and hit the 199 mark.
Seeing the progress pics and the hard work here really has kicked my ass into high gear and I can’t thank you all enough. It’s really an inspiration.
Thanks for the bragging moment. No real life people understand the excitement of being 7 pounds away from onederland.
