So my main problem is snacking, I snacked constantly - but for the past week I just didn’t and it’s been fine And today I had like normal food, berries, yoghurt and oats for breakfast, scrambled eggs and toast for lunch and a big ol plate of homemade nachos, which I ate until I felt stuffed - and I even went to costa and had a luxury (read small so low cal) hot chocolate and a gingerbread biscuit and I’m at 1700 calories, only about 50 over. If I’d had my normal snacks throughout the day, a large hot chocolate and cereal for breakfast my day would have been so much different and I’m so pleased with myself! im like a week into counting calories but I believe in myself aha.
