Any advice on getting over the mental “hump” when you’ve lost just enough weight to be satisfied, but not motivated enough to push through to the finish line?

I’ve lost over 80lbs.

I went from 38% bodyfat to about 19% (had a scan done)

I still have more to lose..

But at this point, I like how I look, I fit in almost anything I like, I have no problem with women, etc.

This is kind of makes it hard for me to push to the next level.

I want to lower my bodyfat more and increase muscle, and really push my fitness, but I’m stuck in a routine of just maintaining the same weight.

It’s not a plateau that my body is doing, it’s just me being undisciplined because I got comfortable...

How did you push passed the final few lbs when there really wasn’t that much pressure to do so?
