3.4kg down in 2 weeks! Maybe I CAN do this!

53 F So it’s 2 weeks since I started following Noom, a diet program I found on Facebook.

And I have lost 3.4kg (~7.4lbs). Not much, admittedly, but a great start. And I am feeling good. I FEEL lighter, my clothes are already fitting better, I have more energy... I am actually doing this!

I am still obviously in the “honeymoon” period, but I am making sensible choices, reading food labels, and sticking to my calorie intake. I am logging everything I put in my mouth, and practising the tools I am being taught. And I have been reading some of the amazing stories of perseverance and hard work posted here, which I am finding so inspiring!

So I just wanted to say thanks for the comments and support, and to let anyone who is interested know that I am really starting to believe I WILL do this! 😊
