18 days in.

Hello again! It’s been over a week since I posted, and idk, I just wanna give an update. I’m also hoping to just look back at these and see my progress. This is the FURTHEST in my life I’ve ever made it. I haven’t touched fast food in like a week and a half. So many salads. Chicken and veggies. Working out almost every day. I haven’t lost any weight. But, I don’t feel bloated anymore. My bowl movements are a HUGE difference. I have energy and my sleep is so much better. I haven’t had to take tums before bed, nor a sleeping aid. My mood is improving greatly. It’s been hard. I’m still binge eating on snacks at night, but it hasn’t been every night. I think I’ve had 3 episodes since last week. I set up an appt with a doctor to talk about it. I’m actually excited now to keep improving. It doesn’t feel like a chore. And when I look down, I feel like my stomach looks less bloated. I’m just excited to see how I feel in another two weeks.
