On the way towards something better.

Hello everyone, I as others I see, continue to lose wait on this thread. I never gave it really any thought about my diet as it isn't overall bad, besides the quick drive thru run as it was a more overeating type of thing. I starting in Mid November of watching my overeating calories as I would go from 25-4500 calories a day. I starting to religiously stop eating fast food on my long drives home and only eating before work.

Before this, I ballooned to my highest weight ever of 296. I swore to never get myself near 300 and it finally hit a nerve to be that close.. since my journey is only just begun less than 50 days ago I have already lost quite a few lbs already (279, -17) by not nibbling and not buying a quick bite after work.

I'm 6'1, 37% BMI, 103 lbs of muscle (Lrg Frame). My realistic goal of getting to the range of 220 seems possible as the year progresses and my doctors on board as he wants me in the neighborhood of 175-180. (Would be an act of god to get me down there.)

My physicality goal in the end is to be able to do a pull up. I've never been able to do them without counterweights and I hope to get there...

Good luck to everyone in 2019 and anyone's advice would be appreciated! :)
