I’ve been planning this shit since before Christmas (yes I’m pretty type A, I like to think lol) * Gym 3-4 days a week; swim lap pool 2-3 days a week * kale and spinach juicing diet for breakfast * fruit, vegetables, popcorn, or trail mix for lunch * salads for dinner * low gluten intake * MINIMAL saturated fat * meat only on the weekends ~ 1-2 servings/week; more seafood for bulk of protein, eggs occasionally. * dairy 1-2 servings per day. (Milk & yogurt - minimal cheese, low fat) * CICO 600 cal deficit under BMR ~ 1700 calories/day * Instagram accountability profile * WW freestyle membership * clean eating cookbooks in the mail for delivery * Intermittent Fasting 14:10
Any advice or suggestions? I’m so nervous but I’m SICK AND TIRED of being obese. I hate being a f*ing whale. It’s disgusting, and I’m SO ready for a change!
