First time here!
I’ve been struggling with body weight and self esteem issues for quite a long time now. I began exercising about 3 years ago with ups and downs and no significant wins other than, in a way, incorporating exercise to my life to some extent.
This year was specially positive because I got a group of friends on which we encourage each other to workout (together or on our own). Overall I increased the amount of exercise a week that I do and started enjoining it more.
As of today, I feel like I’m on the right path but there are still two things that trigger my anxiety and self esteem issues: my man boobs and love handles. They just don’t seem to decrease and it’s quite frustrating.
Has anyone else here struggled to lose fat specifically from the chest and lower back? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
