Do i trust calories burnt on machine or wearable?

Hey all, have been lurking for a while. I'm 6 months (37kg/81.5lbs) deep into my keto journey (combined with intermittent fasting and exercise). I've just got a Samsung smartwatch which also logs bpm and a heap of exercise modes.

After a few workouts wearing it, Ive noticed a big difference between what the machine (i.e. rowing machine) tells me I burn vs what my watch does. Heart rate seems to be fairly accurate and both machine and watch say about the same bpm. Example being my watch says 82 calories burnt after 15 minutes, whereas the machine says 214 calories burnt.

Can anyone offer some wisdom as to which one I should record for calories burnt, as I record everything on MyFitnessPal. I'm sort of leaning towards the wearable, even though it's lesser of the two.
