Have lost 70 lbs so far and fortunately have very little loose skin, only a tiny bit on my upper arms, and after maintaining for a year am going to try and lose the last 40 lbs in 2019. When I started the journey I didn't know anything about loose skin, but now I'm terrified. It sounds horrible but I'd rather be at my current weight (165) than goal weight of 125 with bad loose skin and have to pay for a surgery.
How do you about loose skin while losing weight? I am pretty young, 21, so I'm hoping that helps. I typically drink 4 liters of water a day which should help as well. Any advice will be super appreciated!
