Double chin problems.

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post but I thought maybe someone else has this problem; I'm not overweight, I'm 5'8" and 130lbs but I have a double chin that is constantly present unless I'm underweight. I've got my weight to a stable point after struggling with an eating disorder in my early 20s and now at 25 I seem to be cursed with a double chin. I'm really self conscious about it. I was just wondering if anyone knew if there's any exercises I can do to specifically target this area or if it's just a weird way my body is built. Or maybe it's a residual side effect from my weight yo-yo-ing over the past few years? Either way, any advice or insight would be really appreciated.

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post. Happy Holidays to you all!
