Today is the day, I’m going to start looking after myself. I’m going to do the things I keep telling myself I’m going to do.
I’m tired of tomorrow I can eat less, after this day I’ll not drink that. Just one more soda, just one brownie. No, no more of the just one mentality for me.
Today is the day for me, the day I start to get my weight back on track. I am not happy with what I’ve done to myself, and the weight I’ve let myself get to.
I’m male, 5’10, 245. My goal is to be 185, and I am going to get there. It may take longer than I’d like, but this is the time. This is the time I’m not going to give up. Im going to achieve my goal sooner or later.
This subreddit has inspired me, and I can’t wait to begin this journey with all of you :)
