okay so I have been trying to lose weight for about a month while eating 2800 cal per day. I'm still trying to get the hand of it. I've had setbacks but lasted no longer than 2 days, I was back eating healthy. I do weight training (compound workouts) 3-4 times a week and play basketball for an hour every Friday. I stated to eat 3000 cals a day then moved to 2800 cals per day but it's been really hard for me, I have different foods so I can reach my goal but I sometimes feel that I'm forcing myself to eat that food. I also haven't see any progress but I'm still fighting strong and know that's not an overnight change.
I don't know what to do should I lower my calorie intake? I was thinking around 2000-2500 but feel that's too low.
If any one can give me any advice or share their experiences I will gladly appreciate it :) I'm 20M 5'11 and weigh 280
