Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone here suffers with Executive Dysfunction like I do, and if they have any tips on how to lose weight. I have a whole slew of mental health issues, and Executive Dysfunction is one of them. For those that don't know, Executive Dysfunction can manifest differently for different people, but for me it means that when I have a task to do, starting it and finishing it is very, very, hard. Think of it like a mental wall I have to tear down before I even start the task, and have to keep tearing it down throughout doing the task (and yes, I have been professional diagnosed, and no I'm not making this up). I also have ADD so staying focused and not getting bored out of my mind working out is also hard. Does anyone here struggle with mental illnesses that can give some advice? My career is very focused on my looks and I would love to be down to 115 lbs because of this. Thank you all so much!
