Losing 20 pounds for Navy - Quit Weightlifting?

I have to lose about 20 pounds for the Navy, I am a 23 y/o female, I started at almost 220 I am now to 197. I need to get to 177-181 to meet their requirements. I have always been into weightlifting, but binge drinking and eating is what got me to gain this unnecessary weight although I do carry it decently and have a good amount of muscle.

In order for me to lose this as quick as possible would it be dumb to quit weightlifting all together and only focus on my cardio + Jiu Jitsu training + my diet (obviously). I would just focus on lifting again once I am through MEPS/Bootcamp and don't need to worry so much about the #.

I've been clean, keeping my diet around 1400 calories.

I know they can also tape measure my waist / hips which I probably only need 2 inches off each to meet those. I'd almost rather just meet the actual # though to be good to go and not worry about it .
