Hi all!!
So i'm currently chowing down on my protein ice cream and thinking about my fitness goals. I am a 5'8" Female, about 142lbs, my scale says about 24% Body Fat and 35% Muscle. I'm 26 years old and have a history of dieting. I've been cutting calories a bit for the past few months, and sticking to around 1400 calories or so doing keto. I've lost like 10 lbs, and i think I want to lose about 10 more to get to where I want to be.
I'm just now starting to hit the gym and lift some weights. Do you guys think I should focus on building and up my calories, or should I just do my weight training and maintain my slight deficit? Thanks for any advice!!
